?What shipping products can I use with ShippingEasy?

ShippingEasy offers the following carriers: FedEx, UPS, USPS and DHL Express. You may also choose to use your own carrier – this is called ‘Self Ship’. The only difference between these carriers is the cost – the shipping methods (i.e. ground or air) are all identical.

?How does ShippingEasy connect to my online store?

ShippingEasy creates a unique URL for each order that it processes, which you can then use to fulfill that order through your usual checkout process. You can also create Shipments directly through the ShippingEasy interface, without having to go into your online store.

✅What are Shipments?

Shipments are simply orders that exist only in ShippingEasy; you can create them by clicking ‘Create Shipment’ next to an order listed on the Order Status page. You won’t see these Shipments anywhere else except within ShippingEasy – they will not be visible to you or your customer in your online store (though the label Printing section is still available for you to print postage if desired). In addition, as a convenience, all shipments created from orders also have a link back to those orders so you can refer back and forth between ShippingEasy and your website as much as needed. Once shipped, orders with tracking numbers will appear as ‘Delivered’ in the Order Status page.

No. By adding ShippingEasy as a Carrier in Stamps.com® software you’re able to run reports on your ShippingEasy carrier activity outside of Stamps.com® software. You can select and print labels and purchase postage for all your packages.

?‍♀️I already have a ShippingEasy account, can I use it in Stamps.com® software?

Not at this time. You will need to sign up for USPS through Stamps.com® software using our Carrier selection process before you add us as a carrier in the ShippingEasy account (This option is shown on the Add A Carrier screen). Your ShippingEasy account is not synchronized with Stamps.com®, opting into ShippingEasy does not automatically opt into Stamps.com® Daily Ship Manager or any other part of Stamps.com® software, nor does it create multiple logins within the same account – please read below for information on Daily Ship Manager features.

?Is my ShippingEasy account synchronized with Stamps.com® software?

No, at this time it is not. Please let us know if you would like to see this option in a future development release of ShippingEasy.

?What are the different ways I can ship using ShippingEasy or Daily Ship Manager?

You can select from any of the shipping services provided through USPS and create your own rates and service options for each service (First Class, Priority Mail, Express Mail etc.). You can also enter weight and dimensions of your packages so we can automatically calculate cost on all packages shipped through UPS/FedEx as well as provide simplified rate calculations on all other carriers we support such as USPS for those that require postage purchased by increment.

Customers may customise their confirmation emails for each store with Shipping Easy. This can be accomplished by using the website.
